WrapASong helps users create personalized songs, song gifts, and related media. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it with service providers, and the choices you have.

Depending on how you use WrapASong, we may collect:
  • Account and contact information such as your email address, profile name, and profile image when you sign in with Google.
  • Song creation inputs and uploads, including names, relationship details, story prompts, greetings, cover images, voice messages, and other content you submit.
  • Purchase, subscription, and attribution information such as Paddle transaction records, plan details, UTM parameters, gclid, and country information used for fraud prevention, analytics, and service operations.
1.2 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full payment card number. We may store limited transaction and subscription details such as purchase status, billing interval, customer email, country, and the last four digits or card type when returned by Paddle.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate WrapASong, generate songs and related media, deliver purchases, maintain your account, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.
  • Your inputs and uploads may be sent to third-party providers that help us generate lyrics, songs, videos, store uploaded files, authenticate users, and process payments.
  • If you create or share a premium song page or invite link, the content available at that link may be accessible to anyone who has the link.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the product, such as Google for authentication, Paddle for checkout and subscription management, cloud storage providers for uploaded files, and media or AI infrastructure providers for song, lyric, or video generation.

4. Data Retention

We keep account, purchase, subscription, and generated-content records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Storage periods may vary depending on the type of data and whether the related account or content remains active.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements. If you no longer want a public share link to remain accessible, contact us and we can review the related content or account record.
