These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WrapASong. By using the website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

WrapASong is an AI-powered platform for creating personalized songs, song gifts, lyrics, media assets, and related premium delivery experiences. Some features are free, while others require one-time payment or a subscription processed by Paddle.

2. User Content, Output, and Ownership

2.1 Your Content and Your Output
You retain rights to the text, images, voice messages, and other content you submit, to the extent you have the right to provide them. Subject to applicable law and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout or on the pricing page, you may use the songs and other output you generate through WrapASong. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of the output do not violate any law or third-party rights.
2.2 Our Service and Platform
WrapASong and its underlying software, site design, workflows, trademarks, and service infrastructure remain our property or the property of our licensors and providers.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use WrapASong to create, upload, or share content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or limit access for misuse. In particular, you may not create or share content that:
  • Is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another person's privacy or publicity rights.
  • Promotes hate, violence, exploitation, or other harmful conduct.
  • Includes content you do not have permission to use, including copyrighted material, private recordings, or personal information submitted without proper authority.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid features are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically until canceled. Your use of paid services is also subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Availability, AI Limitations, and Liability

WrapASong is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, or fit for every intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of WrapASong after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
